Terms of service
Updated September 11, 2026
These terms describe use of Quickscope at quickscope.app. Contact support@quickscope.app for account, support or service questions. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
Your account
Access is subject to invite eligibility and supported locations. You must be an adult with authority to use the account and funds you provide. Keep your sign-in methods secure and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not impersonate another person, evade account restrictions or interfere with the service.
Trading instructions
You choose the traders to copy, enabled chains, spending caps, slippage limits and other order settings. These settings authorize automated transactions within the permissions you enable. Changing or canceling an instruction can prevent new submissions after the change takes effect; a transaction already submitted to a blockchain may still execute. An order is complete only when its outcome is confirmed, not when it is submitted.
Historical results, rankings and allocation suggestions do not guarantee returns. You are responsible for your trading decisions. Prices can move, transactions can fail or be delayed, and tokens may lose their entire value. A copied transaction may execute at a different price or after the source trader. We do not promise execution before another trader or a guaranteed transaction time.
Custody and available funds
Managed accounts use Quickscope-controlled signing keys; those private keys cannot be exported. External-wallet accounts retain their existing ownership and the permissions you authorize. The app distinguishes total portfolio value from settled funds available on each chain. Pending trades, reserved funds and unresolved transfers may prevent an amount from being withdrawn or spent again.
Rebalancing and transfers
Rebalancing moves your existing funds between your selected accounts. It does not provide credit or immediate funds on the destination chain. Review the source amount, destination, minimum receipt, fees and expiry before confirming. Automatic rebalancing requires an enabled policy and follows its limits. Funds become available on the destination only after verified settlement. A delayed or uncertain transfer remains pending until its settlement or refund is established.
Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed. Use the supported chain and token shown for a deposit, and check the destination before requesting a withdrawal. Unsupported transfers may be unrecoverable.
Fees and availability
Applicable platform and transfer fees are shown in the relevant settings or review. Blockchain network fees and changes in market prices can affect the result. Fee discounts apply only when enabled and reflected by the executing account. We may restrict new activity during maintenance, security incidents or unresolved account reconciliation. Existing financial obligations remain recorded until resolved.
Closing your account and changes
To close your account, stop automated instructions, resolve pending obligations, withdraw available funds and contact support. Records required for financial reconciliation, security or applicable obligations may be retained as described in the privacy policy. We may update these terms and will identify the effective version; changes do not erase existing transaction records or unsettled obligations.
